Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern the sale of the digital services offered by Lunthea on lunthea.com: interpreted tarot readings and birth charts, available per unit (credits) or by subscription. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Services and pricing
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Two offers are available:
- Single credit (€2.90): unlocks one full reading (a tarot spread or a birth chart).
- Lunthea+ subscription (€9.90/month): unlimited access to full readings for the duration of the subscription.
Lunthea reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
3. Account and order
Purchasing requires creating an account (email and password). The customer warrants the accuracy of the information provided. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed by our provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Lunthea never accesses your full card details and does not store them. Payment is due immediately upon order.
5. Delivery and performance
The service is digital content supplied immediately: the credit is added to the account and the reading unlocked as soon as payment is validated.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By unlocking a reading (digital content supplied immediately), the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges waiving their 14-day right of withdrawal for that service.
7. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
The Lunthea+ subscription is taken out for one month, automatically renewed each month and charged via Stripe. The customer may cancel at any time from their account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund for the period already started. Access remains active until that date.
8. Refunds and complaints
If a technical issue prevents access to a paid reading, contact us at info@gatax.dev: we will restore access or re-credit your account.
9. Liability
Readings are offered for entertainment and personal-growth purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. The customer remains solely responsible for their decisions. The service is reserved for adults.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
